This feels like a decent addition to the workout rotation...I've ne'er used my fitness ball for love or money however crunches, so I'd like to use it more often. and that i like fifteen minute increments as those area unit easier to figure into my schedule. fitness ball.
I just bought a new house and we have a room in the basement that we are turning into a gym for my son to workout and for my husband and I to exercise in.
