It's the Most Wonderful Tiiiiiiiiiiime Of the Year!

All you see above, my friends, was $6. SIX DOLLARS. I'm so thrilled I may not even take the wrappers off.

Now that you have Before you judge me- know this: I kick ass in the gym. I eat well. And I love chocolate. I do not believe in starving yourself, limiting yourself, or killing yourself to fit in to a size zero. Join my revolution and don't diet! Make eating healthy, exercise, and rewarding yourself part of your lifestyle!

Alright well this is just creepy.

I have made a commitment, however- to ration, and share. I bring chocolate to work and share with all of my office coworkers which helps in not eating them all yourself!

1. What were you for Halloween?


2. What is your strategy for rationing Halloween candy, or favourite foods (cheese, chips, chocolate, wine)?
I've been trying to have my sweets earlier in the day. I usually need something sweet after dinner so I've been trying to have one chocolate or two after lunch instead. It's working pretty well but it took time to get used to! I'm also a big fan of the "cheat day"- but I've learned to ration my cheat day! It's not okay to eat 50 mini chocolate bars in one sitting. Not like I've ever done that before...
